n案合一，08年到现在5年的马拉松官司，全看今天。

加州prop.8肯定会被打倒，关键是法官判决的依据对判完以后的影响力有很大区别。
如果是依据应诉方没有应诉权（加州州长不应诉，所以是反同民间机构代为应诉），
那么判决结果就只影响加州。
如果判决prop.8违宪，那么全国所有的same-sex marriage ban全都作废啦！
当然还有其他可能。

DOMA的问题更复杂一些...不好说。

DOMA被推翻了！！！！！！联邦承认了州级同性婚姻。
其实换不换无所谓了，只要到合法州去旅游结婚，联邦就承认，
这样如果要办绿卡办身份，住在哪个州都没问题，
报联邦税也完全可以按couple报，顶多就是州税要分开报。

While I truly am happy to be able to marry the person I love and have it recognized by my government that's my paramount concern, but after that what I secretly and selfishly want are GIFTS!!! Do you know how many heterosexual marriages I've attended and/or been in and how much money I spent on either travel, lodging, tux rentals, bachelor parties and gifts (and I'm not a bullshitter when it comes to giving gifts you gonna get something nice). If I sat down and calculated the cost, I'm sure it probably numbers in the thousands, and while I have no problem celebrating the union of my friends, I always felt that my day wouldn't come, well it seem that my day will happen sooner than later and I WANTS my GIFTS!!! I want to take that register gun and go ape shit in the store, oh and not just your standard stores like your Macy's, Target, JCPenny etc. I'm a geek and my boo is a geek so be prepared to visit various comic book stores for Doctor Who, X-Men, Star Trek and Game of Thrones stuff to name a few. The theme of my registry will be "geek chic". I want my wedding gifts to look like Comic-Con exploded all up in the joint but of course tasteful. Hmmmmm just had a thought I wonder how much it would be to hire a Professor X look a like to marry us.

仔细看了看prop 8的判决，

法官就是采用no standing的判决依据。也就是说加州这个案子的判决影响力被缩减到了最小，只适用于加州。
而没有采用违宪的依据，其他州的类似constitutional ban不受影响。

还是挺失望的。
目前有37个州有consitutional ban，都还得像加州这样一个一个地解决，一个官司要打8年。累死。

我周围盛产男同和女童，但是我发现其中的一方会女性化（男同）或男性化（女同），是不是一方内心把自己认为是和自己相反的性别然后爱上和自己同性的，所以精神上还是异性恋，只不过是物理性别一样罢了，我说的可对？
