hahahaha, 你贴的东西到底自己看不看？不看就贴？我发现你特别热衷于帖自我打脸的东西。

这玩意儿1942年才被国会接受，实践了几百年？还立国之本？原始内容根本就没有under God。1954年才加进去的私货。

1943年，时逢民主党小罗斯福总统就任时，美国最高法院推翻此前的判决，在《西维吉尼亚州教育董事会诉巴内特》一案中表示，公立学校的学生无须被要求宣誓效忠，其结论认为“强制性的统一意见”违反了《美国宪法第一修正案》，即涉限制言论自由。在此后的意见中，法院维持了学生无须被要求进行宣誓效忠。

公立学校都不用宣誓的东西，你把这玩意儿叫做立国之本？你们就喜欢举这种形式化，没有任何约束力，没有法律效力的东西。

你贴的这段哪年写的？1887年。这是立国之本？美国哪年立的？

最高法院判决公立学校不能强迫人宣誓，宣誓凭自愿，这才叫言论自由，宗教自由，你爱信就信，不信就不信的东西，这是立国之本？切。
